Does birth order have an effect on the ability of the Horse? I understand birth order in humans determines the probability of homosexuality ( The more sons a woman gives birth to the more likely the next will be homosexual)

Conventional wisdom is the third foal is the most productive. I've yet to focus on this aspect of the project.
